Building Updates

Our house is coming along nicely now! We got our sheetrock, insulation, and doors delivered yesterday afternoon and Dennis started putting up the insulation. Looks like within a week, we could have walls!! As you can see, our cabinets are sitting inside, we've had them for a little while, we got ahead of ourselves, I just hope we ordered the flooring in good time so we don't have to wait on it! Cooper likes hanging out at the shop already. We went out to see the progress after naptime yesterday and he loved sitting on top of the sheetrock pile. We're really ready to get moved in, but it's getting much closer!

An Applesauce a Day....

Cooper loves his applesauce! I think he'd eat only that all the time if I'd let him. It's one of the things that he actually will eat without throwing the spoon and it's fun to watch him. I still have to help him load his spoon a little, but he does really good. He's such a big boy!

Back from the Big "D"

I made it home from Dallas after Mary Kay Career Conference. We had so much fun! We toured HQ and the manufacturing plant in addition to going to conference, so needless to say, I'm worn out, but also pumped up!

Early Spring

Yes, my kid is wearing a head band, he put it on himself and it was too funny! He wears Daddy's hats, why not my head band?

We've been enjoying the nice weather and the last couple evenings, Cooper and I have been to our place to play. Cooper gets to ride on the tractor with Daddy and I walk around picking up bits and pieces that the guys have missed from the building project. The project is still slow! I am so ready to be out there, it's so nice and quiet and this weather makes me excited to start my garden soon!

Today's My Birthday!

Well, it's officially my birthday now and it's turned out to be a really good one, especially better than number 26. We went to Dad's today after church for lunch and had more cake and some yummy lasagna. I got some pictures on my camera this time. I'll have to get the one of Cooper and I from last night sent to me to post. Thank you for all the birthday wishes! I'm so very thankful for another birthday!
