Latest Update

I haven't posted in a while and I have lots of tidbits of news!
Here is Cooper chowing down on his new favorite food, that he can hold himself-graham crackers. He loves them and they are just the right size for him to hold. He hasn't quite got down the smaller finger foods yet, he just knocks them off his tray for Harry dog. He is really learning about food, it's fun to see him feed himself, I don't want him to grow too fast, but I look forward to him being able to eat a meal himself! He has two little teeth poking through now and working on some more!!
Cooper and I made a trip to Edmond to visit Morgan, Shawn, and the kids. We stayed two nights, it was nice to visit with them and I took Cooper swimming once while we were there, he loves the water! We closed on our house last Monday, the 2nd, what a sad day, I miss my house sooooo much!
We had an exciting Tuesday with Cooper. Mamaw, Cooper, and I ran some errands Tuesday morning and he was a little extra tired and fussy, which is pretty normal for him in this teething stage, so I didn't think much about it. By the time we got home that afternoon, he was really hot and I took his temp as soon at we got in, it was 103! Of course, I panicked, we've gone 9 months with no sick stuff except a little cold. The dr.office said I could bring him that night or the next morning, of course, I didn't want to wait to see what was wrong so decided to take him then. It was the one day that Dennis forgot his cell phone at home, so I hunted down his carpool buddy and he was home quickly and we both took Cooper to the after hours clinic at the pediatrician's office. He was diagnosed with double ear infection! He seems to be doing a bit better now that he's had a couple days of antibiotic.
It looks like our camping trip is still on for tomorrow. We aren't going too far this time and we will hopefully get a nice shady spot and cooperative weather. If not, we will just hang out in the camper and enjoy our family time. We have some friends from Coweta that just got a camper, too, so they are camping with us this weekend. I'll post when we get back!
