Slowly Moving Along

Framing day 1- Dennis, Darian, Taylor, and Al working on the south wall- they had to recruit extra help to lift it up and they spent a good part of the day on this one.

Framing day 2- The other big wall is done and some of the inside ones-yay!

Okay, so it seems like this building is taking that crew for-ev-er to build. With delays from wind and apparently short work days, it's not near as far as we had expected at this point, but it is coming along. We need a roof and metal on the end of the east side and the north end and our trim and roll-up doors. Dennis decided to go ahead and start framing in our house part since we had a mild weekend (for December, anyway. He had help, of course (thank you all, by the way). Our plumbing fixtures are here now and our appliances are being delivered TOMORROW!! We have plans to store them until we can lock the shop. We had planned on it being ready to at least store those things by now. But, things don't always go as planned, so we're improvising for the moment. We are soooooooooo ready to get moved in!!!
