Okay, I've been tagged by my friend, Traci! Now I have to tell you six things you may not know about me. Since I have a pretty wide variety of friends and family, some of you will know some of these things and some of you won't, so enjoy. Here you go:
1. I used to show pigs, yes, I said pigs. And not the potbelly kind, the big ones that we eat! I showed all through high school and did lots of leadership activities, too in FFA. Those of you who have never seem me in a farm setting are probably stunned!
2. Here's another that won't suprise you so much after the first one. I went to Oklahoma State University (GO POKES), graduated with a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education with teaching option, but ended up going into the area of food production (it's somewhat related). Now, you know that I am full time mommy and lovin' it!
3. I met my husband on a blind date, set up my a mutual friend of ours- Thank you, Dennisa!! We've been together for nearly 10 years, married for almost four.
4. I am the oldest of 5, I have one "full" sister, I guess you could say, 2 half brothers, and one half sister and I love them all dearly. Somehow I became the responsible one and most of the time that pretty much stinks, but it has it's perks.
5. Some of you may know, but I am a Mary Kay consultant. I know, sounds funny after hearing about the pigs, go figure. This is why some are suprised by the first one. Some people only know me as the "Mary Kay Lady", which is so great!
6. I LOOOOVVVEEE Mexican food, I think I could eat it day and night. I'm suprised my child didn't come out speaking Spanish and holding a bean burrito after the many trips to Taco Bueno while I was pregnant. FYI, I still love Taco Bueno bean burritos, can you believe that?!?

See, that wasn't so hard was it...now, you have to go tell the people that you tagged them. You just happened to see mine before I told you...tee heee. Also, I LOVE taco bueno also...yeppers, the bean burritos...w/ ONIONS!!!! I also love the mexidip and chips....dang, now I want a bueno...when are we going to get one in our small town.
I'll have to invite you over when I make my chili verdes....which is NOT what mexicans call chili verdes....it is just what David's family calls it....lol.
Ha! I knew them all. What a surprise. ;-)
